The Birth of a Podcast

So this is it! I've finally done it. I've launched a podcast. It's been a circuitous route but it's finally here.

Why didn't I do this sooner? Frankly, I didn't know how. I've always known that knowledge is tacit and dispersed, obtained only by experience, but I never went through with just doing it. Click here to see it on itunes. (below the video I share other painful obstacles)

Then there was "Live Geek or Die." I was in love with the idea and concept. I approached a now former friend about starting the podcast. He said he'd be willing to do it and threw that name at me.... it was great! Over time I came to intimately realize that if you want to get anything done, you need to do it yourself. Long story short, this dude had me do 100% of the work while bragging conspicuously about how he was the creative talent behind everything that would be done. So my first podcast was intended for "Live Geek or Die" but due to it's nature is appropriate for my non-niche show.

Jon at Contention media did the graphic design and helped produce the podcast. He even showed me how to use garage band on my phone to make original music with Apple loops. Apple loops is phenomenal for making really cool music without much knowledge on the subject.

Over the coming days I will be migrating my website over to www.GeorgeisWanted.com and working really hard to get better at everything I do. I'll also be traveling and posting YouTube videos. Below is a video of my trip to Iowa. It was a lot of fun.
